Have you heard the great news?
The Ford government has announced the reopening of outdoor activities effective this Saturday, May 22.
We are sure you are all wondering when we will officially reopen our Club. We will do everything in our power to reopen as quickly as possible; however, the City of Toronto has put one of their locks on our gate.
We cannot re-open until the City of Toronto comes to remove the lock and provides us with access to the club. We have been in touch with the Parks Department and requested that they come to remove that lock as quickly as possible, so that we can all get back to the game we love.
As soon as they remove it, we will immediately gather the team to go in, put up the nets, and reopen the club. At that time, we will share with you the information via our social media channels, send out a newsletter, and post the update to our website.
If you wish to tentatively book a court, you can do so; however, we ask that you do not go to our Club until you receive official notice that it is open again.
We know everyone is anxious to get back out and play, and we all hope that this is the last time we have to be closed and will be able to play the sport we love, in a safe environment, until the end the season.
We are in the home stretch. Hang in there and we look forward to resuming play soon!
