Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Toronto’s "City Parks and Recreation" has advised that all tennis facilities should remain closed until further notice.

For this reason, the Bayview Village Tennis Club executive board has decided to refund all those who have already registered and paid for their 2020 membership. If conditions are set again to re-open the club on the 2020 season, the membership registration process will be re-enabled with a pro-rated membership fee for the remaining period of the year.

However, the Bayview Village Tennis Club executive board recommends you follow the existing registration process only to keep you in a "waiting list" as someone interested to participate when the club re-opening occurs.

Keep in mind that the City of Toronto will determine when the clubs can open, and the Bayview Village Tennis Club will keep you informed as soon as we receive the respective notification.

We offer you a convenient per-person online registration process (Court Reserve) for the whole season, so you don't have to worry sending any cheque to sign up.

Steps to register

Our registration process is done in stages. In this first stage, the registration will be opened only for returning members from the 2025 season.

Our registration process is done in stages. In this second stage, from March 2nd, the registration will be open only for the first 150 people in the waiting list from the 2022 season. You will receive your credentials in the respective Welcome email.

Membership registration for returning members from the 2024 season is closed.

IMPORTANT:

Once you have registered, after agreeing to the Rules and Expectations, and paid your membership fees, you can login at any time to update your profile; or to check the Members Directory, where you can find the contact info of the people you would like to play with.

  • Standard fees and Juniors registration → From February 16th
  • "Lessons only" registration is done through our Head Tennis Professional (Peter Nielsen)

The Lessons-Only Membership allows individuals to take private or group lessons at the club with approved professionals. It is exclusively for instructional use.

Lessons-Only Members are not full club members and do not have court-booking privileges. They are not eligible to participate in club events, leagues, ladders, or social activities. Their access to the club is limited to scheduled lesson times only.

Bayview Village Tennis Club has reached the limit of our adult membership capacity for the 2023 season; however, junior membership and lessons are still open. We will not send more invitation emails from our waiting list for this year.

** NOTE 2: If you forgot your password, click on "Retrieve my account details" and follow the instructions. You will receive shortly an email with the required credentials.
You will need to enter the login and password separately for each member in your family.
